1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lot Calc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lot Calc ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Lot Calc is a position size calculator designed for use with the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. The Service provides tools that help traders calculate appropriate lot sizes based on their risk parameters.

The Service is delivered as downloadable software accessible through a web-based dashboard after subscribing to one of our paid plans. The Service is a calculation tool only and does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and setting a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing options. All payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing period. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you will have full access to the Service at no charge. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.

Free trials are limited to one per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Lot Calc software on your personal devices for your personal trading activities.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the software to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any commercial purpose beyond your own personal trading
• Share your account credentials or license key with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, design, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Lot Calc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any calculations produced by the software.

Lot Calc is a calculation tool and does not provide financial advice. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from the use of this software.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOT CALC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

We are not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other consequences arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. You acknowledge that trading decisions are yours alone and that you bear full responsibility for their outcomes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@lotcalc.com to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
