Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card numbers, billing address, or other sensitive payment details directly. Paddle provides us with transaction identifiers, subscription status, and basic billing metadata necessary to manage your subscription.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

License & Download Data

When you download and activate Lot Calc software, we record the download event and license validation requests to manage your subscription access and prevent unauthorized use.
