Refund Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions to Lot Calc.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, you have full access to all features of Lot Calc at no charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.
The free trial is intended to allow you to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision.
2. Subscription & Billing
After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
By continuing to use the Service after the trial period, you agree to purchase the subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Refund Policy
Because the Service includes a free trial period, users are expected to evaluate the product before making a purchase.
We do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind
- lack of usage
- misunderstanding of the Service
- failure to cancel before the end of the trial period
By subscribing after the trial, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the Service.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in limited cases, including:
- technical issues that prevent access to the Service
- billing errors or duplicate charges
Each request is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
5. Cancellation
When you cancel:
- your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- no further charges will be made
- no partial refunds will be issued for unused time
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Approved refunds (if any) are issued through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
